1. The service

PuraBrief provides analysis and recommendations about your search visibility, written by a human analyst. PuraBrief is operated by 2B Consulting Services.

2. Analysis and recommendations only

PuraBrief sells no implementation, link building, or web design. The brief gives you or your developer or writer specific instructions.

3. No guarantee of ranking outcomes

Search rankings depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine updates and competitor activity. We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic, or revenue outcome.

4. Prices and billing

  • Plans are billed monthly.
  • Prices are exclusive of VAT.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime by email to hello@purabrief.com. There are no contracts.

6. Liability

  • PuraBrief's total liability for all claims arising from or related to the service or these terms, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 3 months before the event that caused the damage. This is a single cap for all claims together. Related events count as one event.
  • PuraBrief is not liable for indirect or consequential damage. This includes lost revenue, lost profit, lost traffic, lost rankings, loss of goodwill, and damage resulting from decisions made or actions taken based on a brief.
  • A brief contains analysis and recommendations only. You decide whether and how to act on it, and you do so at your own risk.
  • PuraBrief is not liable for the accuracy, completeness or availability of data supplied by you or by third parties, including Google Search Console data and search-volume data, or for changes made by search engines.
  • You must report any claim in writing to hello@purabrief.com within 30 days after you discover, or should reasonably have discovered, the cause of the claim. Later claims lapse.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or deliberate recklessness, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Dutch law.

Disputes are submitted to the court of The Hague.
